MVP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

DNF's MVP Program offers two membership types, Alliance and Channel Partners. Each program offers partners the opportunity to work closely with the DNF's MVP team.

The Channel Partner Program offers membership benefits including MVP pricing, sales promotions and training to OEM and Reseller Partners.

The Alliance Partner Program offers our industry partners a unique points based referral bonus. This program has been designed with independent consultants, software companies and other organizations in mind.

CHANNEL PARTNER PROGRAM

	DNF's Channel Partner Program offers OEMs, VARs and resellers access to cutting edge storage solutions, engineering driven product designs, and an in-house testing laboratory. Whether your customers are Enterprise, Fortune 500, Government, Education or Small to Medium Businesses, DNF has flexible agreements available to enhance your product offerings.

ALLIANCE PARTNER PROGRAM

	DNF's Alliance Partner Program offers incentives for our Industry Partners to complement their current product selection. This program allows you to sell DNF products along with your current offerings, whether you offer services, consulting, software or complementary hardware. With our Affiliate program, you do not have to commit to selling storage products, or carrying inventory.

MVP Pricing - MVP members enjoy an additional discount and increased margins from our published pricing.
Dedicated DNF Representative - Registered MVP members have a dedicated DNF team member assigned to their account to handle pricing information, custom promotions, incentive programs, training, MVP promotions, product information and other unique channel business concerns.

Referral Bonus Points - DNF will pay you up to 2% of any sale resulting from one of your registered accounts.
Alliance Program Promotions - From time to time DNF will offer additional bonuses for your registered accounts.
Alliance Partner Training Programs - DNF will offer special training to help you and your team learn more about the storage market place.
